The hall is the hotel’s main restaurant and its largest room. Set with round tables it seats more than 300 guests for dinner, with the buffet counters along one wall and the kitchen on the same floor, so the food arrives hot.
Weddings, engagement parties, graduations, gala dinners and the lunch of a conference all fit here. The cave restaurant is through the stone arch for a smaller gathering before or after, and the pool terrace opens off the hall when the party grows.
The hotel looks after the menu, the tables, the linen and the staff. Bring your own decorator and band, or ask us for the people we work with.
