What we store

When you send the enquiry form or a transport request, we store what you type into the form (your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, dates, number of guests, route and your message), the page you sent it from, the time, and your connection’s IP address and browser name to stop abuse. We use this only to answer your request and arrange what you asked for.

Who processes it

The requests are stored on our server in the European Union and sent to the hotel by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers the message to the hotel and a copy to you. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to two years so the hotel can follow up on your stay or event, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we stored about you at any time. Call reception on +962 3 215 7100 or use the contact form and tell us the email or phone number you used.
